Pillar Reservation Form
FFP has had an overwhelming request by shareholders for another monument to honor Veterans. Much time and consideration went into creating a monument that was distinct, yet keeping in the impressiveness of the Wall of Honor. The 6 Pillars of Freedom will allow 126 more Veteran names to be added to Freedom Park.
The Pillars will stand on the west side of Freedom Park. Each pillar is a stainless steel triangular structure that will hold names on the two sides that face the lake and a quote of Freedom on the third side. The height of the Pillars will vary at 6' and 5' tall and hold 9 and 12 names respectively.
To honor your Veteran:
Step 1
Complete the Pillar Reservation Form below to reserve a spot for each Veteran’s name. Forms are time-stamped. We will add names on first come/first served basis. If you have multiple Veterans that you want to be grouped together (family, friends etc…), complete the extra box below with additional names.
Step 2
You will receive an email with instructions to
provide Proof of Service for each Veteran
Donate $300 for each name
Step 3
Approve first proof. You will receive an email asking you to approve your Veteran’s name & information as written. This first proof will then go to the engraver.
Step 4
Approve second proof. You will receive an email asking you to approve your Veteran’s name & information from the engraver. This is is the final check to make sure your information is correct.
Step 5
You will be notified when the Pillar with your Veteran is complete.
